Capadev named as finalist in EFMD’s Excellence in Practice 2017 awards
Capadev’s Dubai Business Internship has been named as a finalist in the Talent Development category of EFMD’s 2017 Excellence in Practice Awards.
Other awardees include global leading L&D organizations such as INSEAD, PWC, the Center for Creative Leadership, Oxford University’s Said Business School, and McGraw-Hill Education.
The EFMD Excellence in Practice Awards (EIP) recognise outstanding case studies describing an effective and impactful Leadership and Development intervention between partner organisations.
Applicants are assessed on four main dimensions:
– The difficulty of the business challenge faced
– The appropriateness of the design, delivery & evaluation of the L&D initiative
– The effectiveness of the agreement between stakeholders
– The proven business impact
